Step 2

Pop it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Hand it over and enjoy the quiet. They get a frozen treat. You get an hour.

What’s the shelf life?+

3 to 4 days thawed, 2 to 4 months frozen.

How many servings are in one package?+

Sample contains 1/3 cup — great for small dogs or a single serve.
Regular contains 1 cup — fills 3 size L Kongs. Great for large dogs or multi-dog homes.
Jumbo contains 2 cups — for the household that goes through treats fast.

Why isn’t squeezing the package working?+

Thickness can vary slightly from batch to batch. If you’re finding it hard to squeeze out, just trim a bit more of the package tip and retry. Do not force it, as this may cause the package to balloon or blow out.

My order arrived a little liquidy, is that okay?+

Some separation can occur during transit and is completely normal. Just gently squeeze the package to mix everything back together before trimming the tip.

Is it allergen friendly?+

While we strive to use simple, low-allergen ingredients, every pet’s sensitivities are unique. If your pup has a known allergen, you can submit a flavor request or reach out directly at cncreamery@gmail.com. We’d be happy to discuss substitutions.

Can I re-freeze it?+

Yes. If your order arrives thawed or partially soft, just pop it back in the freezer.
